Foothill Rules

Foothill uses the CR/BR League Rule Set with these exceptions: 

For rules:  

USA bats only.  If a hitter hits the ball with non USA bat they are out.  

No head first sliding unless returning to the base.

NO Head first slide into an advancing base. Out no warning.  

Majors lead offs and steals.

Minors no lead offs.  Runner may steal after ball crosses home plate caught or not.
